About ME

Health and wellness has changed my life, in more ways than one. I completely lost my identity as a woman and regained it the moment exercise entered my life.

This all started from what I saw on the scale and made me realize how self conscious I was. I knew it was time for a change. Running started this and it turned into an obsession with heavy weightlifting.

Thankful for the struggles because I know who I am and where I want to go in life.

My purpose is to help other women regain their confidence and build a healthy relationship with training and nutrition.

I am an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and certified in nutrition.  I can't wait to chat and help you reach your goals however I can.

About us

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine.

“When I first started training with Ashley towards the end of 2020, I lacked strength, motivation, and self confidence. I was tired of the way I looked and felt, but wasn’t making progress by myself. Now, I feel better than I ever have. I’m in the best shape of my life. My mental health is better than it’s ever been. I’ve learned discipline, better eating habits and how to train properly for my goals. I have not only gained confidence, but I’ve gained a great friend and an entire group of incredible ladies that are all doing it together! I couldn’t be more thankful.”

"I went from embarrassed to be in my own skin/ashamed to look in the mirror because I hated who I saw in the mirror because I hated who I saw or didn't really even recognize the person I saw or; to now loving the skin I'm in and being proud of how far I've come!!  That doesn't mean I don't struggle still, it just means I keep grinding because I know progress is just around the corner!"
